Buying and reducing seats
Summary: Extra Project seats cost €25 per seat per month and can be bought or reduced in the billing settings. Changes take effect immediately. Lightbox seats are bought through Cway sales.
Who can change the number of seats
- Project seats: the account owner, or a member with the Purchase seats permission, in the billing settings. Cway sales can also add seats as part of an offer.
- Enterprise (Cway-managed) subscriptions: changes are made through Cway.
- Lightbox seats: only through Cway sales. See Lightbox seats.

What happens when you change seats

| Reduce extra seats | Immediately | The unused part of the month is credited on the next invoice |
| Revoke a seat from a member | Immediately | No change; the seat remains in your subscription |
| Move a seat to another member | Immediately | No change |
| Remove a member from the organisation | Immediately | No change; their seats are freed |
Reducing below the number in use
You cannot reduce the number of purchased seats below the number currently assigned. Revoke seats from members first, then reduce the number.
