How many Project seats do we need?
Summary: Count the people who create projects, manage projects or approve artworks. Everyone else can work in Cway without a seat.
Who needs a Project seat

How to calculate
- Count everyone who creates or orders projects.
- Add everyone who acts as project manager.
- Add everyone who approves or rejects artworks.
- Compare the total with the seats included in your Project level: Starter 3, Pro 10, Enterprise unlimited.
- If you need more, add extra seats at €25 per seat per month.
Your seat allowance is the included seats plus extra seats. Example: Project Pro with 4 extra seats gives 14 Project seats.
Example
A brand has 2 brand managers, 1 project manager, 4 approvers, 3 agency designers and 2 printers.
- Seats needed: 7 (brand managers, project manager, approvers)
- Designers and printers: no seats
- On Project Pro (10 included): no extra seats needed
- On Project Starter (3 included): 4 extra seats, €100 per month
Seats and multiple organisations
A seat belongs to the organisation that assigned it. A person who works in two Cway organisations needs a seat in each organisation where they take seat actions.
