Cway artwork signal system: what the colored dots mean

In Cway, you’ll notice small colored dots next to each artwork. These dots are a simple way to give you extra information about the pieces—like whether an artwork is unstarted, approved, or delivered. Knowing what the colors mean makes it easier to explore the gallery and notice details you might otherwise miss.

unstarted artwork dot

Grey dot = Unstarted artwork / Canceled artwork. No artwork to view here.
approved artwork dot

Green dot = No action required on your behalf.
for review artwork dot

Red dot = You have a task pending.
delivered and downloaded artwork dot

Blue dot = The artwork is delivered and downloaded by the repro / printer.

Paying attention to the dots can help you plan your visit, spot important pieces, and get more out of your time at Cway. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, the colored dots give quick hints that make exploring the artworks more fun and interesting.
