User Permissions in Brand Studio 360 (Media Center)

 

There are four types of user permissions for folders in Brand Studio 360 (Media Center):

write icon media center Write: This means the user can change the folder name.

manage icon media center Manage:  This permission allows users to move and delete artworks/files, and add users. 

share icon media center Share: Users with this permission can view and share files and artworks within the folder.

download icon media center Download delivery files: Users with this permission can download delivery files.

If you added a user but did not select any of the permissions, the user can only view the contents of the folder.
