Why can't I upload a ZIP file to Cway?

Cway does not support uploading ZIP files because it needs to process and classify individual files. When files are zipped, Cway can’t:

• Detect the file types 

• Assign access permissions to individual files

• Track file versions properly

✅ What to do instead

If you want to deliver a set of final files (for example, after approval), simply drag and drop all the individual files.

You will then be able to:

• Classify each file

• Ensure they are visible to the right team members

• Avoid any automatic compression or changes to the files

Tip: If your artwork is already approved and you don’t see the option to “Upload new version,” don’t worry. Just drag and drop the files directly — Cway will handle the rest.
